KinderCare Education LLC is seeking a Teacher to lead and mentor in the classroom, delivering the licensed curriculum while adapting to each child's needs. You will foster a safe, engaging environment and partner with parents to ensure high-quality care and learning.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
• Active CDA Credential or meeting NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• State trainer certification (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to communicate with children and parents in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner and connect with parents to support child care and education.
• Support center success by working with staff and leadership to meet enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
