Job summary

KinderCare is seeking a dedicated early childhood leader to guide and mentor teachers, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing classroom. You will work closely with parents to ensure the best care and education for each child.

The role focuses on supporting center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement, while building strong relationships with families and licensing bodies.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or NAECY candidacy.
• State trainer credential (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read/write/speak English with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
