Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to lead, coach and mentor teachers, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children. You will partner with parents and center staff to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, while ensuring high-quality care.

The role requires strong customer service, 2–3 years of early childhood experience, and certifications such as CDA or state trainer credentials; CPR/First Aid willingness, and ability to lift 40

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multi-task in a busy child-care setting.
• Possess CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements; state trainer preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain; lift up to 40 pounds, indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support your center's success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
