KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to inspire and mentor staff, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, engaging classroom for children. You will partner with families to ensure exceptional care and education, while supporting center goals and community connections.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• 2-3 years ECE experience (preferred).
• CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that suits each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by working with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and community partners.
