Job summary

Saenz Garcia Law, PLLC is seeking an Employment-Based Immigration Attorney to lead its Business Immigration Department. The ideal candidate will oversee EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, NIW, and PERM cases and supervise attorneys, paralegals, and staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and timely filings.

The role also involves providing expert counsel, client consultations, and light business development to expand the firm’s immigration footprint, while collaborating with the deportation/asylum practice as needed.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas State Bar in good standing.
• Several years of experience in employment-based immigration law.
• Expertise in EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, NIW and PERM.
• In-depth knowledge of H-2B petitions and DOL compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team in EB/H-2B cases.
• Oversee the lifecycle of EB-1/EB-2/EB-3/NIW/PERM.
• Manage SOPs and timely filings.
• Provide expert counsel and client consultations.
• Drive light business development for the practice.
• Draft high-level legal documents and RFEs.
• Review filings for quality before submission.
