Job summary

ImmiVisa Law Group is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our growing team on a full-time, fully remote basis.

We are looking for an attorney with solid employment-based immigration experience, particularly with EB-1, EB-2 NIW, and/or EB-3 PERM matters. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing immigration cases, communicating with clients, working collaboratively with case managers, law clerks, and other attorneys, and taking ownership of assigned matters from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Experience practicing U.S. immigration law, especially employment-based.
• Demonstrated experience with EB-1, EB-2 NIW, and/or EB-3 PERM cases.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration regulations and USCIS procedures.
• Excellent research, writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide legal guidance on employment-based immigration matters.
• Review client information and case strategies, and prepare petitions and supporting documents.
• Supervise preparation of documents and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Stay current on USCIS policies and communicate with clients about status and next steps.
• Monitor deadlines and coordinate with case managers and staff.
