Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in U.S. business immigration.
• Experience preparing O-1, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW petitions.
• Primary experience in a U.S. immigration law firm is preferred.
• Strong understanding of USCIS procedures, forms, filing requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, international team.

Responsibilities

• Manage business immigration cases from intake through filing and follow-up, focusing on O-1, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW petitions.
• Conduct thorough client intake with calls, emails, and documentation collection.
• Prepare and complete USCIS forms and supporting documentation accurately.
• Assist attorneys in developing petition strategies and organizing evidence.
• Conduct legal research related to business immigration matters.
• Draft, edit, and proofread petition letters, briefs, and other filings.
• Review client evidence for completeness and consistency.
• Communicate with clients and provide timely updates on progress and items.
• Maintain accurate client files and deadlines in case management systems.
• Coordinate multiple cases simultaneously with remote team collaboration.
• Monitor USCIS developments relevant to assigned matters.
• Contribute to immigration-related blog articles when needed.
