Job summary

Child-Parent Centers, Inc. seeks an Early Intervention Coordinator to oversee services for birth to five, including MOUs with LEAs and AzEIP. The role reports to the Family and Community Partnerships Director and focuses on inclusive practices and high-quality intervention.

You will supervise staff, provide professional development, and ensure compliance with Head Start and IDEA standards while advocating for families and children across Southern Arizona.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education with a focus in Early Childhood Special Education or related field
• Early Childhood Special Education Certificate birth-5 from any state is acceptable
• Minimum five years’ experience with children birth to five who have a diagnosed disability
• Minimum three years supervisory experience
• Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Oversee early intervention services for children birth to five and manage MOUs with LEAs and AzEIP
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with IDEA and Head Start standards
• Provide professional development to direct service staff and supervise assigned staff
• Develop and monitor IEP/IFSP processes and data reporting
• Participate in policy and program leadership within FCP and CPC
