Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields with coursework approval by AzDES/AzEIP.
• Pediatric experience is preferred.
• Candidate must successfully complete background clearance and obtain Level One Fingerprint Card Clearance.

• Process referrals and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Maintain child files and required documentation.
