Child & Family Service in Lihue, HI seeks a Lead Caregiver N to lead the Early Head Start program for infants and toddlers. This full‑time role focuses on planning a developmentally appropriate daily curriculum, overseeing classroom operations, and mentoring staff and volunteers to deliver high‑quality care.

The position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and dedication to helping families and children grow in a supportive environment. Hawaii driver’s license may be required.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication, organizational, supervision, and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of and experience with children ages 0‑3 and their families.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and implementation of a developmentally appropriate daily curriculum for infants and toddlers.
• Oversee classroom operations and provide guidance to staff and volunteers.
• Ensure smooth, efficient operation of the classroom and mentor team members.
• Lead and inspire the team to create a nurturing, engaging learning environment.
