Sonoma Community Action Network seeks a Temporary Lead Primary Caregiver to oversee Early Head Start center operations for infants and toddlers, under the Area Supervisor. The role emphasizes supervision, curriculum implementation, family partnerships, and adherence to Head Start standards.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with possible home visits and collaboration with community partners. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred; a BA/AA in ECE or related field is required.

Qualificações

• Requires BA/AA in ECE or related field with willingness to pursue degree
• Must complete licensing and health & safety trainings
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise center staff, volunteers, and parents
• Plan daily learning activities aligned with Creative Curriculum
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitization standards in classroom and play areas
• Maintain confidential child files and coordinate with service providers
