KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead, coach, and mentor teachers in the classroom, implementing the company's curriculum in a way that respects each child's needs. You will create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn and will partner with parents to support each child's development.

This role requires strong customer service, organization, and the ability to multi-task.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• English communication with children and parents
• State trainer approval preferred

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum to meet each child's needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner with parents to support children's development
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners
