KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring as a Teacher to lead, coach, and mentor teachers in the classroom while implementing our curriculum and creating a safe, nurturing environment for children. You will partner with parents to provide the best care and education, and support center success through collaboration with staff and leadership.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality early childhood

• Ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Read, write, and communicate in English with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum to meet each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children’s care and education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership.
