Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom while modeling behaviors and providing feedback. You will implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that respects each child's unique needs, creating a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.

You will partner with parents to share a common goal of high-quality care and education, support center success with enrollment, accreditation and engagement, and build positive relationships

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organization; multitask effectively.
• Possess active CDA or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer preferred.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred; meet state quals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
