KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to support early childhood education in our centers. You will lead and mentor fellow teachers, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, engaging environment for children.

Formación

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy required or in progress.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and engage with children in indoor/outdoor settings.
• Proficient in English communication with children and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and mentor teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by contributing to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
