Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated Teachers to support early childhood learners across our nationwide network. In this role you will lead and mentor staff, implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children to explore and grow.

You’ll partner with families and school staff to ensure high-quality care and education, help with enrollment and accreditation goals, and contribute to a positive, inclusive community across centers.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
• Active CDA credential or pursuing NAEYC candidacy (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
