Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a Teacher to lead and mentor in the classroom, implementing our curriculum while tailoring it to each child’s needs. You’ll create a safe, nurturing space where kids can play and learn, and you’ll partner with parents to deliver top-quality care and education in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills are required.
• Active CDA credential or progress toward NAEYC candidacy.
• State trainer approval is preferred.
• 2–3 years of early childhood experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to meet state qualifications and obtain CPR/First Aid.
• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement the curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children learn through play.
• Partner with parents to provide high-quality care and education.
• Support center success toward enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, staff, and community partners.
