KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to lead and mentor teachers, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, engaging classroom for children. You will partner with families and center staff to drive enrollment and quality experiences.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multi-task in a busy classroom.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a CDA credential and meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer is a plus and CPR/First Aid certification desired.
• 2-3 years of Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and supervise children.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum with attention to each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and development.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
