Qualifikationen

• Outstanding customer service, strong organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC cand.
• Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred; state trainer approved preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• English literacy to communicate with children and parents.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by contributing to enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relations with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
