Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead and mentor staff while implementing our curriculum to meet each child’s unique needs. You will foster a safe, engaging classroom and partner with families to support care and education.

The role requires 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience, a CDA or NAEYC candidacy, and state qualifications. CPR/First Aid is preferred. This position is on-site in a center setting.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom.
• Implement curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners.
