Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead classrooms and mentor newer teachers in a supportive early childhood education setting. You will implement the center's curriculum, create a safe learning environment, and partner with families to ensure exceptional care and education.

Role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and 2–3 years of ECE experience; CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy is preferred.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy required/preferred.
• State trainer certification is a plus.
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in alignment with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support best care and education for their children.
• Support center success with enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and partners.
