Job summary

The Meadows Early Learning Center in Parker, CO is seeking an Amazing Lead Qualified Teacher (Opener 6:30am-10am) to design and implement engaging curricula for a busy classroom. The role requires fluent English and strong early-childhood experience.

Hours are 9-5, with opportunities for growth and ongoing professional development. Responsibilities include weekly lesson plans, development of a supportive classroom culture, and regular parent communication.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for communication with families and staff.
• Experience planning age-appropriate curriculum and routines.
• Strong classroom management and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with developmentally appropriate assessments appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Develops weekly lesson plans and implements age-appropriate curriculum.
• Creates a developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
• Conducts parent-teacher conferences twice per year.
• Maintains classroom management and schedule.
• Keeps anecdotal records of children’s progress and attendance.
• Ensures a safe, clean, and stimulating learning space.
• Collaborates with staff to meet center goals and supports assistants.
