Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Lead Teacher in Parker, CO to lead, coach, and mentor classroom staff while delivering developmentally appropriate instruction.

You will implement the center's curriculum, foster a safe, engaging environment, and communicate with parents to support children's growth and education. This role partners with leadership to drive enrollment and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active CDA Credential or pursuing NAEYC candidacy.
• State trainer status preferred.
• 2–3 years early childhood education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Proficient with computer use and able to lift 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support care and education.
• Support center success and enrollments, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities and partners.
