Qualifications

• Fluent English required for daily communication with families and staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred for candidate.
• ECE classes or related coursework preferred.
• Lead Teacher credential is required to lead curriculum planning.

Responsibilities

• Develops weekly lesson plans and implements age-appropriate curriculum.
• Maintains a developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
• Conducts parent-teacher conferences twice yearly.
• Oversees classroom management and daily schedule.
• Maintains anecdotal records and attendance/meal reports.
• Engages families and respects cultural and linguistic values in planning.
