Job summary

Learning Care in Colorado is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers in a warm, supportive early childhood program. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure licensing guidelines and company standards are followed.

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
