Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in licensed childcare or early education.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and early childhood development.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication, leadership and classroom management skills.
• Ability to pass a background check per Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements.
• Warm, patient and nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and daily lesson plans.
• Lead and supervise classroom activities, ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment.
