  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong communication, leadership and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check per Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements.
  • Warm, patient and nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for working with children.
