Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and mentor teachers, delivering the company’s curriculum while focusing on each child’s development. You’ll create a safe, engaging environment and collaborate with families to support learning and well-being.

You will partner with center leadership to drive enrollment and accreditation efforts, while complying with state requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service and organizational abilities are essential.
• CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom and model behaviors.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum with attention to each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children’s development.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and partners.
