Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom with feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum honoring each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children’s care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and community partners.
