Job summary

KinderCare seeks a dedicated educator to lead, coach, and mentor teachers, while delivering the KinderCare curriculum tailored to each child’s needs. You will foster a safe, nurturing environment that supports play and learning and actively engage with families to ensure high-quality care and education.

In collaboration with center staff and leadership, you will contribute to enrollment growth, accreditation readiness, and family engagement, while building strong relationships with community

Qualifications

• Provide outstanding customer service while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Hold or pursue a CDA credential; meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children’s education and development.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
