Job summary

KinderCare is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and mentor less experienced staff, model positive behaviors, and implement our curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of every child. You will create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play, learn, and grow.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Active CDA Credential or meeting NAEYC candidacy requirements; CPR/First Aid awareness or certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support each child's development and well-being.
• Support your center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
