Yellow Brick Road Early Childhood Development Center is hiring a Lead Teacher for a full-time role in Minnesota. You will plan developmentally appropriate lesson plans, observe child progress, and maintain a positive classroom environment while collaborating with families and staff.

You will participate in ongoing professional development and ensure high-quality early childhood education that reflects our core values of growth and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Must meet Minnesota DHS qualifications for a Lead Teacher in a licensed child care center.
• Demonstrated experience in licensed early childhood education settings.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement weekly play-based, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with state standards.
• Observe, assess, and document child progress to tailor instruction.
• Manage a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom culture.
• Communicate daily with families through the app and other channels.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and collaborate with staff.
