Job summary

The role requires meeting DHS qualifications for a licensed center, strong communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must meet Minnesota DHS qualifications for Lead Teacher in a licensed child care center.
• Demonstrated experience working with young children in a licensed early childhood setting.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement weekly play-based, age-appropriate lesson plans promoting development.
• Create a positive classroom culture of belonging, safety, and curiosity.
• Observe and assess child development; document progress and communicate with families.
