Job summary

The Village for Families & Children in Hartford, CT seeks an Early Childhood Clinical Supervisor with a Master’s degree and CT licensure to oversee staff development and ensure quality care. You may also provide individual and family therapy and coordinate with schools, DCF, and primary care partners to ensure holistic services for children and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical field and CT licensure required.
• Active Connecticut licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Minimum of three years' experience with children and families.
• Supervisory experience preferred; bilingual candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to staff and interns.
• Lead onboarding, professional development, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Deliver direct services including assessments, treatment planning, and family therapy.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with schools, DCF, and community partners to ensure comprehensive care.
