The Early Childhood Clinical Supervisor oversees staff development, clinical documentation, quality assurance activities, and utilization review processes while contributing to early childhood program development and agency-wide initiatives.
The Early Childhood Clinical Supervisor may also deliver individual and family therapy, parent skills training, risk assessments, crisis intervention, trauma-informed treatment, case management, and advocacy services. The role collaborates closely with schools, DCF, primary care providers, and other community partners to ensure comprehensive care for children and families.
