Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, MFT, Counseling, or related field
• Active Connecticut clinical license such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent
• At least three years of experience working with children and families
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practice
• Ability to provide services across office, school, home, and community settings, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Provide supportive clinical and administrative supervision to clinicians, staff, and interns
• Create a supervision environment that promotes growth, clinical excellence, and staff well-being
• Coach team members through complex clinical situations and treatment planning
• Support onboarding, professional development, and performance growth
• Facilitate individual and group supervision, clinical rounds, and team meetings
• Promote trauma-informed, family-centered clinical practice
• Lead and develop clinicians while maintaining direct clinical practice
• Collaborate with leaders to strengthen clinical practices and service delivery
• Coordinate with community partners for comprehensive care
• Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation
• Provide services in homes, schools, community settings, and offices
