Job summary

The Brock Group Inc. is seeking an experienced E&D Scaffold Builder to lead a 2-3 person crew in Tampa, FL. You will erect, dismantle scaffold, swing stage, and mast climber, ensuring safe access to building sections per OSHA standards.

Working under an Operations Supervisor, you will follow company guidelines, coordinate with the ground crew, and maintain strict safety practices while delivering high-quality access solutions for our clients in North America.

Qualifications

• 2+ years scaffold builder experience.
• Basic knowledge of tools.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of schematics and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to erect, dismantle, and move scaffold, swings stages, and mast climbers.
• Set scaffold base and anchors, install cross braces, guardrails, toe boards, verticals, horizontals.
• Mobilize scaffold/swing/mast climber from ground to erect location and vice versa.
• Assist drivers with loading and off-loading of material
• Adhere to safe work practices and procedures so that the job site and/or equipment yard/facilities is free of potential hazards
• Ability to record inventory of equipment on delivery and pick up
• Maintain clean housekeeping on projects and at branch
• Use of fall protection in accordance to Osha regulations
• Recognize safety concerns; work in a safe manner
• Communicate safety concerns with supervisor
