Life Time in Scottsdale is seeking a Lead Stretch Specialist to deliver branded Dynamic Stretch sessions and guide a team of stretch professionals. You will assess members, tailor stretching programs, and maintain high service quality in alignment with the Dynamic Personal Training Method.

You will mentor staff, share recovery therapies knowledge with the Life Time team, and stay up to date with required trainings while maintaining an inviting, sensory-focused recovery space.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years’ experience delivering Assisted Stretch sessions.
• CPR and First Aid certified.
• Knowledge of recovery techniques and therapies.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition and psychology.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Certified Pilates Trainer.
• CPR and AED certified.

Responsabilités

• Stretching Sessions: Perform one-on-one stretch sessions with clients using various techniques.
• Member Assessment: Assess flexibility and mobility; create personalized programs.
• Team Mentorship: Lead a team of stretch specialists and provide training.
• Educate the Life Time team on recovery therapies and techniques.
• Read, watch, and engage in required training for the role.
• Maintain an artistry level recovery space focused on all senses.
