Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a Lead Stretch Specialist to deliver branded Dynamic Stretch sessions and mentor a team of stretch specialists. You will assess members, tailor programs, and maintain high service standards in a dynamic, client-focused gym setting.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in assisted stretch, CPR/First Aid/AED certifications, and knowledge of anatomy, physiology and recovery techniques. Pilates training is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience delivering Assisted Stretch sessions.
• CPR and First Aid/AED certified and current.
• Knowledge of recovery techniques, anatomy, physiology, nutrition and psychology.

Responsibilities

• Stretching Sessions: perform one-on-one sessions using various techniques.
• Member Assessment: assess flexibility and mobility; create personalized plans.
• Team Mentorship: lead and train stretch specialists to standards.
• Educate Life Time team on recovery therapies and techniques.
• Engage with required training and development for the role.
• Maintain an artistry level recovery space focused on all senses.
