Life Time Inc. is seeking a Lead Stretch Specialist to deliver Dynamic Stretch sessions and mentor a team of stretch professionals. You will assess members, design personalized programs, and ensure high-quality service in alignment with Life Time standards.

The role emphasizes recovery techniques, anatomy knowledge, and strong communication. A passion for fitness and mobility, plus relevant certifications, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience delivering Assisted Stretch sessions.
• CPR and First Aid Certified.
• Knowledge of recovery techniques and therapies.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition and psychology.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Certified Pilates Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-on-one stretch sessions with clients using various techniques to improve flexibility and mobility.
• Conduct initial member assessments and create personalized stretching programs.
• Lead a team of stretch specialists and provide guidance and training.
• Educate Life Time team on recovery therapies to support the client experience.
• Participate in required training and maintain an artistic recovery space.
