Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Lead Stretch Specialist to deliver branded Dynamic Stretch sessions, mentor a team of stretch specialists, and uphold the high standards of the Dynamic Personal Training Method.

You will conduct one-on-one stretches, perform member assessments, and tailor programs to individual goals, mobility, and physical condition, while educating the Life Time team on recovery techniques.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years’ experience delivering Assisted Stretch sessions.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Knowledge of recovery techniques and therapies.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition and psychology.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Certified Pilates Trainer.
• CPR and AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-on-one stretch sessions with clients.
• Conduct thorough initial assessments and tailor programs.
• Lead a team of stretch specialists and provide coaching.
• Educate the Life Time team on recovery therapies.
• Complete required training and maintain a clean recovery space.
• Engage clients to ensure high quality service.
