Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Lead Stretch Specialist in New York, NY to deliver branded Dynamic Stretch sessions and mentor a team of stretch specialists. You will assess clients, design personalized programs, and uphold Life Time standards for quality and care.

The role emphasizes interpersonal skills, knowledge of stretching techniques, and commitment to the Life Time Dynamic Personal Training Method.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR and AED certification.
• College degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred.
• External stretching certification preferred.
• Knowledge of recovery techniques and therapies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions with clients, improving flexibility and mobility.
• Assess members' flexibility and create personalized stretching programs.
• Lead and mentor stretch specialists to maintain high service quality.
• Educate Life Time team on recovery therapies and techniques.
• Engage in required training and maintain an orderly recovery space.
