Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Lead Stretch Specialist to deliver branded Dynamic Stretch sessions and mentor a team of stretch specialists. The role requires a strong knowledge of stretching techniques, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to the Dynamic Personal Training Method.

You will perform one-on-one stretch sessions, assess members’ flexibility, and develop personalized programs to help clients meet their mobility goals while upholding Life Time’s high service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years’ experience delivering Assisted Stretch sessions.
• CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Knowledge of recovery techniques and therapies.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition and psychology.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Certified Pilates Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certification.

Responsibilities

• Stretching Sessions: Perform one-on-one stretch sessions with clients, using a variety of stretching techniques to enhance flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and improve overall range of motion.
• Member Assessment: Conduct thorough initial assessments of members to determine their flexibility, mobility, and stretching needs. Create personalized stretching programs tailored to individual goals and physical condition.
• Team Mentorship: Lead a team of stretch specialists, providing guidance and training to ensure they deliver effective stretching sessions that align with the company’s standards.
• Educate the Life Time team on various recovery therapies and techniques to support the overall client experience.
• Reads, watches, and engages in all required training’s associated with the role.
• Maintain an artistry level recovery space focused on all senses.
