Job summary

ESE Partners in North Texas is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Due Diligence team, overseeing Phase I ESAs, and building client relationships.

You will deliver consulting services using ESE methodologies, manage multiple projects, and prepare detailed Phase I ESA reports. The role emphasizes ASTM 1527 compliance, risk assessment, and staff development within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an environmental field.
• Minimum of 8 years managing Due Diligence projects.
• Strong knowledge of ASTM 1527 standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in report writing and documentation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead North Texas Phase I ESAs and related reports.
• Manage multiple Due Diligence projects with schedules and budgets.
• Develop scopes of work, proposals, budgets, and project strategies.
• Lead preparation of Phase I ESA reports with findings and recommendations.
• Conduct site visits to identify potential environmental concerns.
• Ensure Phase I ESAs meet ASTM 1527 standards and timelines.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development.
• Develop, maintain and grow client relationships and collaborate with teams.
