Job summary

Grace Community Care and Homes Inc. is seeking a Part-time Lead DSP and Day Program Supervisor in New Jersey. The role will coordinate daily staff assignments, coach DSPs, monitor participant supports, and escalate incidents to leadership.

Collaboration with intake, credentialing, billing and quality teams is essential, with a strong emphasis on person-centered services. The position is part-time with on-site or community assignments; duties are contingent on program approvals and staffing

Qualifications

• IDD direct-support and supervisory experience required.
• Required training and screening.
• Ability to coach staff and maintain person-centered services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily staff assignments and coach DSPs.
• Monitor participant supports and documentation; escalate incidents and service gaps to the director.
• Collaborate with department leadership, intake, credentialing, billing and quality teams; ensure confidentiality and timely communication of service gaps.
