Job summary

Mount Olivet Rolling Acres in Minnesota seeks an experienced Lead Direct Support Professional Medical Coordinator to oversee daily living support, medical appointments, and treatment plans for clients in a residential setting.

You will supervise staff, coordinate care under CSSP guidelines, manage medication administration records, and support the IDT team to promote person-centered care and safety across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must pass Department of Human Services background check.
• Must not be excluded from government health programs.
• Must be able to meet physical job demands.
• Successful completion of Medication Administration class with 80% or higher.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily cares, medical needs and supports.
• Plan and implement recreation, leisure and community activities.
• Drive to/from appointments and accompany clients during activities.
• Maintain medication administration records and follow CSSP guidelines.
• Ensure safety and confidentiality per policies and HIPAA/MORA procedures.
