Hope Network / Christian Hills is seeking a Lead Direct Care Professional for a 2nd shift on-site position. You will oversee, mentor staff and provide direct care that supports individuals in building independence and following care plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications.
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities.
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
• On Call rotation.
