Job summary

Hope Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for the 3rd shift at Christian Hills. This full-time 32-hour position focuses on helping individuals gain independence, participate in community activities, and receive compassionate, reliable support on-site.

You will assist with daily living tasks, monitor health, attend medical appointments, and document care plans. A Michigan driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and CPR/First Aid certification are required; shifts include

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid State of Michigan driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with activities of daily living.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to become certified.
• Shift full-time / part-time including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety 24/7 and provide consistent checks.
• Support crisis prevention, intervention, and resolution.
• Assist individuals in mobility, daily living, and community participation.
• Attend medical appointments and relay information to the care team.
• Document care plans accurately and timely.
