Hope Network in Kentwood, MI is seeking a Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) for 1st/2nd shift, 36 hours per week on-site. You will assist with daily living, support community outings, and help individuals build independence within their community.

Key duties include facilitating ADLs, coordinating transportation, and fostering a compassionate, person-centered environment while ensuring safety and structure for program participants.
