Hale's Roofing in Northern Arizona seeks an experienced Drywall Foreman to lead interior repair and finish crews across Sedona, Cottonwood, Prescott, Flagstaff and surrounding areas. You will manage hanging, taping, finishing, and texturing for repair and remodel work on occupied homes, ensuring quality and cleanliness from start to finish.

The role offers full-time leadership with strong earning potential for proven foremen who deliver high-quality results and maintain schedules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of drywall hanging and finishing experience required.
• Foreman or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of levels of finish and texture application.
• Ability to read and understand scopes of work and project documentation.

Responsabilités

• Lead drywall crews on interior repair, remodel, and restoration projects.
• Oversee demolition and removal of damaged drywall and related materials.
• Manage board layout and hanging on wood and metal framing.
• Oversee taping and finishing to Level 4 or Level 5 finish.
• Coordinate with finish textures to match existing surfaces.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and professional job sites.
• Mentor and train hangers and finishers in technique and safety.
• Maintain production goals and project schedules.
